If it's in the realm of possibility, Matt Montes will make it happen. The Founder and former Chief Operations Officer of AccountNow which Matt grew into one of the largest and most successful prepaid card companies in the U.S. that serve the 80 million underbanked consumer market. Matt is a progressive, forward thinking executive with over 20 years of management experience in financial services companies.
During his eight years at AccountNow, Matt was instrumental in many areas of their successes, including securing venture capital funding and developing and scaling most areas of the business. He developed and spearheaded many partnerships that expanded the features of its prepaid debit accounts like mobile minutes, loans and insurance services. Two of Matt's partnership programs were recognized for being winners and best programs in their category by the prestigious Paybefore awards.
Prior to founding AccountNow in 2002, Matt served as Vice President for NextCard, where he oversaw unsecured and secured credit card operations. He began his financial services career at Providian Financial, where he held various management roles over a nine-year period.

Stacie Gaut
Stacie Gaut has been the Chief Executive & Financial Officer for Catalina Payment Systems since its formation. She has over 17 years of financial, business management, and operational experience in the Banking and Insurance industries. Stacie was directly involved in the creation and development of the credit and processing platform system that is currently being used by specific prepaid debit card providers and is on track to loan $1 Billion dollars in 2010.
12 years of her experience directly relates to the financial management of various companies that specialized in sophisticated, state of the art computer networking and programming for major insurance industry clients. Former experience includes management of operations for a lending company that financed sub-prime automotive contracts by utilizing computer automation, analytics and credit risk underwriting.
Stacie is an energetic and dynamic executive that is adept to working in an entrepreneurial environment that services the financial industry.

Sigmund Fidyke
Sigmund Fidyke has over 25 years of experience and expertise in bringing high-tech products and solutions to market. A strong background in software and hardware technology coupled with a focus on market requirements and business needs, Sigmund keeps the development teams focused on providing solutions that bring revenue now while remaining ready for future growth.
As Co-founder and CTO of Kiss Software, Sigmund identified and captured independent developers and used offshore development teams to quickly create successful lines of consumer products. As Director of Engineering for WatchGuard's Broadband Security division, Sigmund revitalized the company's reputation for innovation by expanding the product lines into new areas, including creating the industry's first wireless firewall. Prior to WatchGuard Sigmund was Vice President of Development for Touchstone Software where he expanded the product line from a technician-only offering to a catalogue of eight award-winning product lines.
